Warranty Policy

The Compressor Warehouse ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 14444 Stuebner Airline Rd, Houston, Texas 77069, provides the following limited warranties on automotive air-conditioning compressors, A/C kits, and related components ("Products") purchased through our website or authorized sales channels. This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
A/C Compressor Warranty — Tier Coverage
Compressor warranty coverage is determined by the qualifying parts purchased with your compressor. All warranty periods begin on the date of original purchase. The tier you qualify for depends on which additional A/C components are included in your order.
Remanufactured Compressors

Denso & Valeo Compressor Kits

Other A/C Parts — 1-Year Warranty
The following A/C components are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Commercial vehicles are limited to six (6) months.

Upgrade to Limited Lifetime Coverage: Purchase an A/C compressor together with a drier/accumulator, expansion valve, seal kit, and PAG oil to qualify for our 3-year/36,000-mile Limited Lifetime warranty on the compressor.
Service & Labor Warranty
The Compressor Warehouse warrants labor on all A/C service performed on components purchased from us. Labor coverage runs from the original installation date. Parts are covered separately under the applicable parts warranty above.

Important: After your labor warranty expires, parts remain covered under their applicable parts warranty — but return labor (diagnosis, removal, reinstallation) is the customer's responsibility. For example, a Limited Lifetime compressor that fails at year 2 will have the part replaced at no charge, but the customer pays installation labor.
Labor Warranty Exclusions
- Labor performed by an uncertified or unlicensed technician
- Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect refrigerant charge, contaminated system, or failure to flush the A/C system
- Failure to replace the receiver-drier or accumulator at time of compressor installation
- Use of incorrect PAG oil type or quantity
- Commercial vehicles where the 6-month labor warranty has expired
- Pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or damage from accident, misuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications to the A/C system
Parts-Only Sales — Labor Not Covered
The Compressor Warehouse does not reimburse labor costs, diagnostic fees, or any installation/removal expenses under any warranty claim for parts-only sales. This applies without exception. The warranty on parts-only sales covers replacement of the defective part only.
Commercial Vehicle Limitations
Commercial vehicles — including any vehicle used for business purposes, delivery, fleet operations, or rated above 1-ton capacity — are subject to the following maximum warranty periods regardless of parts purchased:

Limited Lifetime (Tier 3) coverage does not apply to commercial, fleet, or heavy-duty vehicles.
Limited Lifetime — Qualifying Parts
To qualify for Tier 3 (Limited Lifetime) coverage of 3 years or 36,000 miles, all five of the following components must be purchased together in the same order:

Limited Lifetime coverage applies to remanufactured, new, and OEM compressors only. It is not available for Denso or Valeo compressor kits. Commercial vehicles are not eligible.
Warranty Exclusions & Conditions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Drier/accumulator must be replaced at time of compressor installation — failure to do so voids the warranty
- System must be fully flushed to remove contamination from the prior failed compressor before installation
- Only OEM-approved refrigerant and specified PAG or POE oil may be used — incorrect oil or refrigerant voids the warranty
- Expansion valve or orifice tube must be replaced at time of compressor installation
- Damage caused by improper installation, overcharging, contaminated refrigerant, or insufficient lubrication
- Physical damage, corrosion, accidents, modifications, disassembly, or tampering
- System contamination, incorrect refrigerant, incorrect oil type, or failure to replace the drier/accumulator when replacing any system component
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser and original vehicle only
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Contact us before returning any part. Unauthorized returns are not covered.
Step 1 — Contact & Verify Warranty. Email info@thecompressorwarehouse.com or call 281-586-7374 before any return or repair.
Step 2 — Provide Information. Have your original order number, product number(s) for the claim, installation date, vehicle year/make/model, and a description of the issue or failure ready.
Step 3 — Return Defective Product. Ship to: 14444 Stuebner Airline Rd, Houston, TX 77069. Include a copy of your original order, package the compressor securely, and write your order number on the label. Our warranty team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — do not ship parts without one.
Step 4 — Resolution. Replacement is shipped upon inspection. Replacement may be a remanufactured compressor.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPRESSOR WAREHOUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL PART.
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Warranty is subject to change without notice.
